The next edition of the TCNM will take place in Porto, Portugal – 09-11 May 2014.
The Training Commissioners’ Network Meeting has become one of the well-known and successful network opportunities for national leaders in the European Region.
2013 will see the fourth edition of this event, addressing issues of common interest for National Commissioners, people in charge of adult resources management and members of their teams. As any network, the event is highly flexible, its programme being built entirely on the needs and interests of the participants.
The latest TCNM took place in Rome and focused on Innovation in Training. 55 participants from 29 European NSOs attended this meeting.

José comes from Portugal and is a Unit Manager for Adult Resources (Educational Methods) at the European Scout Office. He is responsible for a number of projects and events but has a particular focus on Adult Resources.

The 15th European Guide and Scout Conference (15egsc) and the concurrently held 15th European Guide Conference (15egc) and 22nd European Scout Conference (22esc) took place from 17 to 21 June 2016, in Melsomvik, Norway.
