Since 1999, leaders involved at national level in the areas of youth programme and adult resources from all over Europe have gathered every two years to take part in the Forum on Youth Programme and Adult Resources. The Forum is one of the most popular events that takes place in Europe, and has a very special atmosphere due to the participants having similar interest on the educational aspects of Scouting and sharing backgrounds, challenges and concerns. After Malta (1999), Spain (2001), Slovenia (2003), Luxembourg (2005), Denmark (2007) and Portugal (2009) the European Scout Region is renewing with its tradition of organising the most important European meeting for Programme and Adult Resources Commissioners and members of their teams – the European Scout Forum on Educational Methods.

The deadline to apply for participating is 8 April 2012.
