The aim of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for senior professional staff in Associations to come together and share experiences, challenges, best practices as well as questions related to their work. This time, a particular emphasis will be on data and knowledge retention and transfer, as well as on youth involvement and mentoring.

Interested participants are invited to actively contribute to the meetings’ programme by identifying particular themes of interest to be addressed and by proposing workshops or sessions they would like to offer during the event.

All relevant information about the sixth Chief Executives’ Event is available in the Joint Information Letter (in English and French and its annexed details on How-to-get-to-Gilwell). Interested senior professional staff should complete the Registration Form (in English or French) and subsequently return it to the European Regional Office of the World Scout Bureau by 17 October 2011 (details indicated on the form).
