Earlier this month 85 participants from 22 countries and four Scout Regions gathered in Soest, the Netherlands at this year’s Partnership Event to share, create and experience the topic of partnerships with the focus on how to evaluate and measure the impact of partnerships on the young people engaged in the activities and our Scout practices. The overall objective of the event was to provide opportunities to National Scout Organisations (NSOs) engaged in partnerships within scouting to reflect on their current relationships, strengthen them and get the possibility to create new ones.

The participants discovered the Inter-America Region of WOSM, how Scouting is structured in these countries and what are the existing partnerships ongoing between NSOs of the European and Inter-America Regions. A speed dating was organized to allow each participant to really network among them and start in the future new projects and collaboration.
