Event is taking place from 2 to 6 August 2012, in Kibougaoka Cultural Park, Shiga Prefecture, Japan.
Agoonoree is gathering phase after four-year period of work with Scouts with special needs (disabled) through a lot of camping with the Scouts…Theme of this Nippon Agoonoree is “We can!”
