100 Years of Scouting in Serbia was celebrated on August 12 at the town square in Sabac. The celebration was a part of the 8th Serbian National Jamboree “100 years young” held between 10th and 19th August 2011 in Sabac.

The celebration was attended by over 2000 scouts from all over Serbia and 12 countries worldwide as well as many citizens of Sabac. It was also attended by numerous guests: Military Attaché of Great Britain, Japanese Ambassador and Minister of Youth and Sport Snezana Markovic.

The celebration was held on the International Youth Day, and thus it was the largest activity in Serbia that marked that day.
Scouts of Serbia celebrated 100th birthday with their friends, orchestra and folklore dancers while firework was set off. Once again they showed the strength young people have gathered around the noble idea.
